TENAC's September meeting will be an IN MEMORIAM MEETING FOR JEANNE WILLIAMS, TENAC Volunteer who tragically passed away just a few short weeks ago.  Her friends will be among select speakers to offer a tribute to her. Also we will discuss PROPOSED BUDGET REDUCTIONS AND THEIR POTENTIAL IMPACT ON D.C. RENTAL HOUSING in this time of debt limit agreements, recession and austerity, INCLUDING SECTION 8 VOUCHER CUTS HUD IS PROPOSING (tenatatively scheduled) which would literally make thousands homeless, if some in the political spectrum have their way.
